The Land & Sea Pets Experience

We’re inviting Canada’s independent pet specialty community to our home in Trinity, Bonavista Bay Newfoundland & Labrador. Over the next 10 months, your store’s Land & Sea Pets orders will fuel a friendly race within your region. The Top-10 in each region become finalists—then we draw one winner per region to join us in person.

This isn’t just a getaway; it’s a thank-you. I’ve met hundreds of independent shops who keep pet retail alive. You all support my family—so I want to host you in our hometown, show you how we work, and share the place that shapes everything we make.

What’s included (for 2)
Flights • accommodations (3 nights) • guided local experiences • visit to the Land & Sea facility • community events and social engagements. You are our guests. We’ll host you from arrival to departure. 

How it works

  1. All Land & Sea products count. Orders placed Aug 23, 2025 → May 31, 2026 add to your total (returns/credits and free samples don’t count).

  2. Top-10 per region = Finalists. Regions: Québec (QC) • Ontario/Maritimes (ON/MAR) • Western Canada (WEST).

  3. Three winners by random draw. We draw one (1) winner per region from that region’s Finalists.

Who’s eligible
Independent pet specialty retail stores in Canada (brick-and-mortar). Entry is by an authorized store representative who is of the age of majority in their province/territory.

Contest window: Aug 23, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET to May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Draws: on or about June 7, 2026 (Toronto time).

Official Rules Summary

Sponsor: Land & Sea Pets Inc., Trinity, NL (“Sponsor”).
Contest Period: Aug 23, 2025 (12:00 a.m. ET) – May 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET).
Eligibility: Open to Canadian pet specialty retail stores (independent or franchise) with at least one physical retail location. Entry by an authorized representative who is of the age of majority. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: During the Contest Period, all Land & Sea products purchased/ordered by an eligible store count as Qualifying Units (returns/credits and free samples excluded). At period end, the Top-10 stores in each region (QC • ON/MAR • WEST) by total Qualifying Units become Finalists. No Purchase Necessary (NPN): eligible stores may submit one NPN entry; up to one NPN Finalist per region may be randomly selected and added to that region’s Finalists (max Finalists per region: 11). Limit one (1) NPN per store.
Winners: Three (3) total — one per region — selected by random draw from that region’s Finalists. Skill-testing question required.
Prize (ARV up to CAD $5,000 each): A trip for two (2) to Trinity, NL including round-trip flights, accommodations (3 nights), guided local experiences, and a visit to the Land & Sea facility. Actual value varies by origin/date. No cash alternative.
Dates: Finalist verification and draws on/about June 7, 2026 (Toronto time).
