Sponsor & Administrator. The Land & Sea Experience contest (“Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Land & Sea Pets Inc., Trinity, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada (“Sponsor”).
-
Eligibility. Open to Canadian pet specialty retail stores (independent or franchise) that operate at least one physical retail location in Canada (distributors and online-only sellers are not eligible). -
How to Enter.
4.1 Sales Route (Performance-Based). Each eligible store’s Qualifying Units (i.e., all Land & Sea products) purchased/ordered during the Contest Period will be tallied. Returns/credits and free samples do not count. Sponsor will validate totals using distributor reports and direct invoices.
4.2 Regional Finalists. At the end of the Contest Period, the Top-10 stores in each region — Québec (QC), Ontario/Maritimes (ON/MAR), and Western Canada (WEST) — by total Qualifying Units will be designated that region’s Finalists.
4.3 No Purchase Necessary (NPN). An Authorized Store Representative may enter without purchase by submitting one (1) NPN entry per store during the Contest Period via the online form provided on the Contest page (or by mail to the address listed there, postmarked no later than May 25, 2026). On or about June 3, 2026, Sponsor may conduct up to one (1) random selection per region from eligible NPN entries to add one (1) NPN Finalist to that region’s Finalists (maximum 11 Finalists per region). If no eligible NPN entries exist for a region, none will be added. -
Winner Selection; Odds. On or about June 7, 2026 (Toronto time), Sponsor will conduct three (3) random draws, one per region, from the Finalists of that region to select one (1) Winner per region (three Winners total). Odds of winning depend on the number of Finalists in the applicable region.
-

Each Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Trinity, Newfoundland & Labrador, consisting of: round-trip economy air travel from the major Canadian airport nearest the Winner’s store; accommodations (3 nights) (double occupancy); guided local experiences; a visit to the Land & Sea facility; and select meals (collectively, a “Prize”). We will host the Winner and guest and coordinate the itinerary.
